Summer season is the season when one feels very thirsty and wants to quench the thirst with something cool and yummy and light like lemonade, milk shakes, fruit juices, some nice mock tails or cocktails. Everyone needs drinks that will energize and rejuvenate the body and make one feel really cool.

Lemonade Broken mint leaves 2 teaspoon sugar 8-10 lime wedges Crushed ice Slice of lemon for garnish
Crush lime wedges and sugar with the help of a spoon. Put the lime wedges in the bottom of a chilled short ball glass with salted rim. Pour the vodka. Put some crushed ice into the glass. Add some broken mint leaves. Fill the glass with lemonade and garnish with the slice of lemon.
Virgin Pina Colada
Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
3 pineapple slices 30 ml coconut milk 30 ml coconut cream Crushed ice 120 ml pineapple juice Cherry for garnish 1 hurricane glass 1 blender
Fill the blender half with ice. Put all the ingredients one by one, pineapple slices, coconut milk and cream and juice. Blend well at a high speed. Pour it in the hurricane glass and garnish it with cherry.
1 can ginger ale 30 ml grenadine 100 ml orange juice Crushed ice Slice of orange for garnish
Fill a glass tumbler with crushed ice. Pour grenadine, orange juice and ginger ale into it. Stir with the help a spoon. Stir well till all the drinks are well blended. Pour it in a hurricane glass and garnish it with an orange slice.
100 gm almonds 10 gm or 2 teaspoons black pepper corn 10 gm or 2 teaspoons poppy seeds 15 gm or 3 teaspoons fennel seeds 100 gm sugar Few drops rose essence Pinch cardamom powder 1 lit cold milk Crushed ice Few dried rose petals for garnish
Soak overnight almonds, peppercorn, poppy seeds and fennel seeds in 2 glasses or enough water. Strain the water and grind it into a smooth paste. Now with a help of a thin cloth strain this paste into the milk. Add sugar and stir till the granules dissolves. Add the rose essence and cardamom powder and garnish it with rose petals. Serve in a small clay glasses on ice.

1 glass of cold milk 1 ripe mango pulp or cut into small pieces 2 teaspoons sugar Crushed ice 1 long high ball glass 1 teaspoon mango cut into very small pieces for garnish
In a blender put some crushed ice. Pour milk and add mango and sugar. Blend on a medium speed for 2 minutes or till the mango is well blended with milk and no pieces are left. Pour it in a high ball glass or fancy kid’s glass. Garnish it with mango pieces and serve. Mango shake is kids’ favorite and most preferred and cherished drink for mango lovers. If fresh mangoes are not available you can use mango syrup or canned mango pulp.
