Each cocktail has been specially formulated according to the occasions and their taste also greatly varies to suit the taste buds for the special occasion.

Hot Buttered Rum

Ingredients

1 knob of unsalted butter 3-4 oz. of hot water 2 oz. of dark rum A dash of ground nutmeg 1 teaspoon of brown sugar A dash of powdered cinnamon

Bar tools

1 coffee mug 1 bar spoon 1 saucepan 1 jigger 1 butter knife 1 grinder

PROCEDURE OF MIXING

  1. Fill a saucepan almost halfway up with water and then place that on the stove. Lit the flame below the saucepan and then let it stay there until it turns very hot and steamy. In the meantime, throw some nutmegs into a grinder to grind them up. Once done, take out the grounded nutmeg from the grinder and then throw-in some cinnamon sticks to grind them up as well.

  2. Once you are ready with the ground spices and the hot water, take a coffee mug and place it on your counter. After that, take a jigger and measure out 2 oz. worth of dark rum with it. Pour the rum directly into the coffee mug and then add 1 teaspoon of brown sugar to that.

  3. Stir up the sugar to dissolve it completely in the rum and then pour the hot water on top until the glass is filled almost up to the rim. Next, add a dash of ground nutmeg and cinnamon to the drink and then drop a knob of butter on top to finish off the drink. Finally, garnish the drink with a twist of orange if you like.

Cuba Libre

Ingredients

2 oz. of white rum A wedge of lime, for garnishing 5-6 oz. of cola

Bar Tools

1 bucket glass 1 jigger 1 knife

PROCEDURE OF MIXING

  1. Drop enough ice cubes into a bucket glass so as to fill it up entirely. After that, pour 2 oz. of white rum into a jigger and then pour that directly into the glass from the jigger. Once done, top off the rum with 5-6 oz. of cola, so that the entire empty portion of the glass gets filled up with the cola.

  2. Once everything is done, cut out a medium thin wedge of lime and then twist it over the drink to add a few drops of lime juice to the drink. Once done, attach the same lime wedge to the rim of the glass and then serve the Cuba Libre immediately.

Flirtini Cocktail

Ingredients

½ oz. of triple sec A splash of cranberry juice 1 oz. of vodka A splash of champagne A splash of pineapple juice A dash of freshly extracted orange juice A sprig of orange, for garnishing

Bar tools

1 martini glass 1 bar strainer 1 jigger 1 cocktail shaker 1 citrus press 1 ice spade

PROCEDURE OF MIXING

  1. Toss a few ice cubes into a martini glass to keep it chilled while you can prepare the drink. For that, use a jigger to measure the required amounts of vodka. Once done, transfer the measured amount into a cocktail shaker filled up with ice cubes.

  2. After that, take an orange and split it in half. Throw one of the halves into a citrus press and then press it down to extract out a dash of fresh orange juice from that. Add the orange juice to the vodka in the cocktail shaker and then add a splash of cranberry juice and pineapple juice to that.

  3. Finally, add the triple sec. Once you have added everything, shake up the mixture for a few seconds and then strain it into the chilled martini glass after throwing out the ice cubes from it. Once done, top the drink off with a bit of champagne. Finally, insert a sprig of orange into the glass to garnish the drink with it.

The French Kiss Cocktail

Ingredients

1 oz. of raspberry vodka A splash of lime juice 1 oz. of Chambord 1 oz. + ½ oz. of half-and-half 1 oz. of crème de cacao

Bar tools

1 cocktail shaker 1 jigger 1 martini glass 1 ice tong or ice spade 1 bar strainer

PROCEDURE OF MIXING

  1. Prepare a martini glass by filling it up with some ice cubes. Once filled, set aside the martini glass for later use. After that, fetch a cocktail shaker and toss some ice cubes into that, until almost half of it is filled up. Once that happens, use a jigger to measure out the required amount of vodka.

  2. Pour the vodka into the cocktail shaker and then follow that by adding the half-and-half and the crème de cacao. Finally, trickle down the required amounts of Chambord into the shaker. Once every ingredient has been added, cover up the shaker with its lid and then shake it for 6-7 seconds or until the outside of the shaker turns chilled.

  3. Once ready, remove the lid of the cocktail shaker and the place a bar strainer over it. Hold the bar strainer tightly over the cocktail shaker and then discard away the ice cubes from the martini glass. Pour the prepared drink into the chilled martini glass and then garnish it by dropping a chocolate chip in the drink.

Tipsy Turkey

Ingredients

1 oz. of Bourbon 4-5 cubes of roasted pumpkin 1 oz. of lemon juice 1 oz. of organic vodka A dash of ground cinnamon, for garnishing 3/4th oz. of maple syrup

Bar tools

1 jigger 1 sieve 1 muddler 1 knife 1 bar strainer 1 baking tray 1 metal spoon 1 Collins glass 1 citrus press

PROCEDURE OF MIXING

  1. Cut up a large pumpkin in half and then scoop out the seeds from it with the help of a metal spoon. Once done, pour some water into a baking tray and then place the pumpkin halve face side down into the baking tray. Once done, insert the baking tray into a 350 degree Fahrenheit preheated oven and roast the pumpkin for 50-60 minutes or until soft.

  2. Once the time elapses, take out the baking tray from the oven and let the pumpkin cool down. Once the pumpkin cools down, cut out 4-5 cubes from it and then set aside the rest of it for later use. After that, take a cocktail shaker and throw the pumpkin cubes into that. Add the required amounts of maple syrup to the pumpkin cubes and then muddle them up with the help of a muddler.

  3. Once done, add the bourbon, vodka and the lemon juice to the muddled up mixture. Now close the shaker tightly with its lid and shake the mixture until well combined. After that, fill up a Collins glass with ice cubes and then double strain the drink into the glass by holding a sieve below the cocktail strainer while straining the drink. Once done, garnish the drink with a dash of ground cinnamon on top.
