Gin Buck Cocktail
1 oz. of freshly squeezed lemon juice 2 oz. of Gin Ginger Ale A wedge of lemon, for garnishing
1 old fashioned glass 1 bar spoon 1 ice spade 1 citrus press 1 knife
Slice a lemon in half and then take one of the halves. Cut that part in half once more and then set aside the wedge of lemon for later use. Now take the other half of the lemon and put it into a citrus press. Press the handle of the citrus press to squeeze out the juice from the lemon and then set it aside.
Now take an old fashioned glass and fill it entirely up to the top with ice cubes but make sure to leave some space for the drink. Once done, pour the Gin into the glass and follow that by adding the freshly extracted lemon juice and the Ginger Ale. Finally, give a light stir to the drink with a bar spoon and then serve it with a wedge of lemon stuck on the wall of the glass.
2 oz. of Gin 1 oz. of freshly extracted grapefruit juice 1 oz. of Galliano 1 oz. of banana liqueur
1 cocktail glass 1 Boston shaker 1 muddler 1 bar strainer 1 jigger
Take a Boston shaker and separate out its two parts. Now put 8-10 fresh grapefruits into the tin part of the Boston shaker and then muddle them up until they break completely and release out all their juices. Once done, throw some ice cubes over the crushed grapefruits and then add the Galliano, Gin and the banana liqueur.
Now invert the other part of the shaker and then give it a heavy thump to lock the parts. Hold up the shaker and then shake it vigorously until the outside of the shaker turns cold and misty. Once done, take a chilled cocktail glass and then strain the drink directly into it.

After that, measure 2 oz. of Gin with the help of a jigger and then pour it over the ice cubes in the shaker.
Next, add 3-4 dashes of maraschino liqueur to the mix and then close the lid of the shaker tightly to shake up the mixture. Once ready, hold a bar strainer over the shaker and then pour the drink into the glass after discarding the ice cubes from it.

Fill the cocktail shaker with ice cubes and then pour the Gin, lemon juice, grenadine and the cream into it. After that, take an egg and break it open in half. Toss out the egg yolk and drop only the egg white into the cocktail shaker.
Once everything is added, close the lid of the shaker tightly and then shake the mixture for 10-15 seconds or until the entire egg white mixes with the rest of the ingredients. Once done, strain the cocktail into the chilled cocktail glass and then serve it.

1 old-fashioned glass 1 jigger 1 Boston shaker 1 ice spade

Once done, put one part of the Boston shaker over the other and then punch the top part to close it tightly so that the two parts of the shaker don’t separate out while mixing the drink. Once done, shake the shaker for a few seconds to mix the drink and then serve it on the rocks in an old fashioned glass without straining the drink.
