Garbo Cocktail
Ingredients
1 oz. of fresh orange juice 1 oz. of brandy ½ teaspoon of white crème de menthe 1 oz. of dry vermouth 1/3rd oz. of granadine

Preparation Method
Insert a highball glass into the refrigerator and let it stay there for 10-15 minutes or until it is completely chilled. Once that happens, take a fresh orange and cut it in half horizontally or across the rind. Now fetch a citrus peel and place one of the orange halves in that. Extract out 1 oz. worth of orange juice by pressing the citrus press and then set it aside. Now take a cocktail shaker and fill it with 3-4 ice cubes.
Pour the brandy, grenadine, dry vermouth, white crème de menthe and the freshly extracted orange juice over the ice cubes and then close the shaker tightly. Shake the shaker vigorously to mix all the added ingredients. Once done, take out the chilled highball glass from the refrigerator and strain the prepared drink into it.
Santiago Cocktail
Ingredients
1 oz. of freshly squeezed orange juice 2 oz. of light Rum Soda 2 oz. of spiced Rum 1 oz. of freshly extracted lime juice 4-5 dashes of bitters ½ teaspoon of powdered sugar

Preparation Method
Pop a highball glass into the refrigerator to chill it. While the glass is chilling, cut up a fresh lime and fresh orange in half. Then extract out juice from both the lime and the orange halves. Once done, measure out 1 oz. each of lime juice and orange juice.
Then take out the chilled highball glass from the refrigerator and fill it up with ice cubes. Add the bitters to the ice cubes and then slowly pour the spiced Rum, orange juice, light Rum and the lime juice over the ice cubes. Fill the remaining glass with the soda and then serve immediately.
Abbey Cocktail

1 oz. + ½ oz. of Gin 2-3 dashes of orange bitters 1 oz. + ½ oz. of Lillet Blanc Maraschino cherry, for garnishing 1 oz. of freshly extracted orange juice Orange twist, for garnishing

Preparation Method
Use a twist knife to cut out a thin strip of orange twist from it. Then extract out juice from the same orange by either pressing it with your hand or with the help of a citrus press. Make sure that you don’t drop any orange seeds into the juice while extracting it. Once done, take a cocktail shaker and fill it up with a few ice cubes.
Pour the orange juice into the shaker and then follow that by adding the Lillet Blanc, orange bitters and the Gin. Once everything is added, shake the shaker vigorously until the drink becomes chilled. Now take a cocktail glass and put some cracked ice into it. Pour the prepared drink over the cracked ice and then serve it with the maraschino cherry and the orange peel.
Ritz Cocktail

2 oz. of maraschino liqueur 3 oz. of Cognac 1 orange peel, for garnishing 2 oz. of fresh orange juice 2 oz. of Triple Sec 4 oz. of Champagne

Preparation Method
Prepare a cocktail glass by popping it into the refrigerator. Let the glass sit in the refrigerator until it becomes chilled. Once that happens, squeeze out 2 oz. of fresh orange juice from an orange. Then fetch a cocktail shaker and pour the orange juice, Triple Sec, Cognac and maraschino liqueur into it.
Finally, pour the champagne into the shaker. Then stir the mixture with a bar spoon to mix everything up. Once done, pour the drink into the chilled cocktail glass by straining it with a bar strainer. Finally, drop an orange peel into the cocktail glass to serve the cocktail.
Bishop Cocktail

Juice of 1/4th orange 1 oz. of sweet vermouth Juice of 1/4th lemon 4 oz. of Scotch whisky 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar 1 thin strip of orange peel

Preparation Method
Hold an orange in your hand and peel a thin strip of orange peel with the help of a twist knife. Then cut the orange in 4 equal parts. Squeeze out juice from one of the parts and then repeat the same procedure to extract out juice from another 1/4th part of a large lemon. After that, take a cocktail shaker and drop 3-4 ice cubes in it.
Pour the Scotch whisky, orange juice, lemon juice and the Sweet Vermouth into the shaker and then finally add the powdered sugar to the mixture. Shake the shaker a few times to blend the mixture and then strain the drink into a cocktail glass that has been prepared by chilling it. Finally, serve the cocktail with an orange peel in it.

2 oz. of Gin 1 oz. of fresh orange juice 1 oz. of Dry Vermouth 1 orange twist, for garnishing 1 oz. of Sweet Vermouth A dash of Angostura bitters

Preparation Method
- Fill up a shaker with a few ice cubes and then pour the orange juice, sweet vermouth, dry vermouth, Angostura bitters and the Gin over the ice cubes. Close the shaker tightly and shake it until you get a homogenous mixture. Once ready, pour the drink into a chilled cocktail glass by straining it and then serve it with a twist of orange.
