Ingredients
60 ml vodka 30 ml apple schnapps Crushed ice Orange juice
Apple slice for garnish
Method
Take a hurricane glass. Fill it with crushed ice till the glass is half full. Pour vodka into it and then add apple schnapps to it.
Turn the hurricane glass gently from side to side to mix the drink thoroughly. When it is thoroughly mixed and well blended, top it up with orange juice. Garnish with a slice of apple. Put a stirrer in the glass and serve.

60 ml vodka 60 ml kahlua 60 ml herbal liqueur 3to 4 drops grenadine
Crushed ice
Method
In a small ball glass pour all the three ingredients, vodka, herbal liqueur and kahlua. Do not fill the glass to the top. Leave some room for crushed ice.
Crush some ice finely and fill the glass with it. Sway the glass lightly and gently to mix the drink. Next, start adding grenadine drop by drop, mixing well all the time. Serve chilled garnished with a slice of lemon.
Apple Martini

Ingredients
60 ml vodka 60 ml apple schnapps 120 ml Apple juice 20 ml vermouth Crushed ice Apple slice to decorate
Method
Crush some ice very finely and put it in a cocktail shaker. Pour the vodka, apple schnapps and the apple juice over the crushed ice. Shake till the mixture is well blended. Strain the mixture in a bowl and fill individual martini glasses with it.
Garnish with apple slice. If you do not have apple slices you can use lemon slices. Serve chilled.

60 ml vodka Lemonade Broken mint leaves 2 teaspoon sugar 8-10 lime wedges Crushed ice Slice of lemon for garnish
Method
Crush the lime wedges and sugar together in a bowl with a help of a spoon. See that the wedges are broken into small pieces. Take a chilled short ball glass and coat its rim with salt. Put the lime wedges in the bottom of the glass and pour the vodka into it.
Crush some ice into small pieces and top the vodka with the crushed ice. Add some mint leaves that have been broken into small pieces. Fill the glass with lemonade and garnish it with thin slices of lemon. Serve chilled thoroughly.
